Some photographs as decorThese concrete wave-dissipating blocks, defence against the forces of tsunami, stopped me in my tracks during my visit to Japan. This was in 2010, one year before the massive 2011 Tsunami struck. I was drawn to their futuristic even slightly alien form, how utterly immoveable and strong they felt.
